Catalog visibility does not itself establish release, master ownership, publishing ownership, rights clearance, licensing availability, commercial availability, pricing, inventory, award status, streaming performance, or contractual authority.

Booking, licensing, partnership and other forms create inquiries only. No engagement, license, endorsement, sponsorship, deposit, quote, transaction, deadline or response time is guaranteed until separately authorized and documented.

Paid J.E.M.S. Society tiers and commerce remain unavailable unless the site shows an evidence-verified live checkout path. Preview pricing or planned benefits are not entitlements before activation.

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape restricted data, impersonate J.E.M.S. or Silent X Records Inc., or reuse protected artist assets beyond applicable law or separately granted permission.
