How the J.E.M.S. artist website handles information.
Public browsing does not require an account. When you voluntarily submit a mailing-list preference, free fan membership, booking inquiry, licensing inquiry, or partnership inquiry, the site records only the information needed to process that request and the consent associated with it.
Public submissions do not create contracts, paid subscriptions, rights clearances, confirmed bookings, awards, transactions, or other consequential states. Sensitive operating records are restricted to authorized artist-operations roles and are not exposed through the public website.
Third-party services may be activated only through authorized integrations. Their own privacy terms apply when you deliberately follow an external link or complete an external authorization or transaction.
You may ask to update or stop marketing communications through the contact workflow. Operational records may be retained when needed for security, audit, rights, accounting, dispute, or legal obligations.
This page describes the website’s current operating posture and is not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
